💡 Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

👥 Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees including account setup

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

✅ Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems and common office applications
