• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and

onboarding.

• Liaise with hiring managers on staffing needs and role requirements.

Commercial Recruitment

• Manage client recruitment assignments from job posting and sourcing to shortlisting and placement.
• Coordinate client interviews, feedback, offer negotiations and candidate pipelines.

HR 360

• Provide end-to-end HR support covering employee records, contracts, leave, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support onboarding, performance management, offboarding and statutory compliance.

HR Consultancy

• Support clients with HR advisory, policies, contracts and compliance matters.
• Stay updated on Tanzania labour laws and HR best practices.
