Passenger Service Executive

We are looking for professional, customer-focused and enthusiastic Male & Female candidates for the position of Passenger Service Executive. The role involves assisting passengers at different stages of their airport journey and providing efficient, courteous customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers at airport service areas.
  
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, arrival and departure procedures.
  
• Verify passenger details and assist with boarding passes and travel documentation as required.
  
• Provide information regarding flight schedules, boarding gates, baggage procedures and airport facilities.
  
• Assist passengers with baggage-related queries and direct them to the appropriate service counters.
  
• Guide passengers to check-in counters, security areas, boarding gates and other airport facilities.
  
• Assist senior citizens, children and passengers requiring special assistance.
  
• Handle passenger questions, requests and routine complaints professionally.
  
• Coordinate with airline and airport teams to support smooth passenger movement.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
  
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
