Require a Sales Representative in Harare , Zimbabwe

• Sell the full EVA Hair range of braids and weaves to wholesalers, hair shops, salons and retailers in Harare and assigned regions.
  
• Visit customers on a planned weekly route; take orders, arrange deliveries and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Identify and open new customer accounts and expand the distribution network into new areas.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, stock issued, deliveries and payments, and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
  
• Promote new products and colour launches, and support in-store promotions, salon activations and marketing campaigns.
  
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor products and pricing, and report findings to management.
  
• Represent the company professionally always and protect the reputation of the EVA Hair brand.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, hair, beauty or cosmetics.
  
• Strong knowledge of the Harare hair-shop and salon trade; existing customer relationships are an advantage.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
  
• Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, email) and the ability to keep accurate records.
  
• A clean Class 4 driver’s licence is an advantage.
  
• Honest, reliable and well presented.
