? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central, implementation, configuration, integration support, and L3/BAU operations.

 Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 2 End-to-End Employee Central implementations
  
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  
• Technical 60% / Functional 40% expertise
  
• Foundation Objects & Position Management
  
• MDF Objects & Business Rules
  
• Workflows, Event Reasons & Data Models
  
• RBP (Role-Based Permissions)
  
• Time Off / Time Management
  
• Integration and data replication support
  
• L3 Support, RCA & complex incident resolution
  
• Experience with BAU, change & release management
  

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex Employee Central L3 issues and provide permanent solutions.
  
• Configure and support EC processes, workflows, business rules, MDF, permissions and Time Off.
  
• Support EC integrations and investigate data/interface issues with downstream systems.
  
• Handle configuration changes, enhancements, testing and quarterly SuccessFactors releases.
  
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, integration teams and solution architects.
  
• Provide functional guidance and mentor junior team members.
