Multimedia Designer

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging multimedia content that aligns with the client’s brand identity and supports marketing, communication, and campaign objectives across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, graphics, infographics, and digital visuals.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and broader creative team to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.
  
• Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and presentations.
  
• Create multimedia presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Edit, optimise, and adapt video and image content for performance, quality, and platform specifications.
  
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design and recommend innovative creative approaches.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline.
  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multimedia design role.
  
• A strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia work (video, animation, digital design).
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  
• Experience with animation and video editing tools.
  
• Working knowledge of web design principles.
  
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.
