Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be the driving force behind securing new business for our agency. You will leverage your expertise to identify potential clients, cultivate strong relationships, present tailored insurance solutions, and ultimately close deals. This role is designed for a self-starter who excels in managing the full sales cycle independently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to identify and qualify prospective commercial insurance clients.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client risks and insurance requirements.
• Develop and present compelling, customized insurance proposals and solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, securing new business for the agency.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through policy inception and beyond.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products.

Compensation

This commission-only role offers significant earning potential, with expected earnings ranging from $65,000 to $180,000 annually based on performance. Your success directly translates into your compensation, providing a rewarding structure for high achievers.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
• Must have a reliable mobile device with cellular data.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline end-to-end.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement across various platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients, even without in-person interaction.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
