Requirements

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience within the financial services sector, specifically in compliance or regulatory affairs.
Proven track record of managing regulatory relationships and ensuring adherence to complex financial laws.
Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in Zimbabwe and relevant international financial standards.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret legal texts and apply them to business operations.
High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
