 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and resolve queries effectively.
  
• Provide accurate and timely customer support.
  
• Maintain service quality and process accuracy.
  
• Handle high-volume calls and multitask efficiently.
  
• Follow process guidelines and customer service standards.
  

 Eligibility

• HSC / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Customer Service.
  
• Medical Billing experience preferred.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
