ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Residential Broker with strong B2C sales, client relationship management, networking and proven property deal closure experience in Mumbai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle residential property transactions across Mumbai markets.
• Manage landlord representation and exclusive mandates.
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, marketing and residential teams.
• Manage transaction execution, billing, collections and reporting.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and brokers.

ELIGIBILITY

• Minimum 4+ years in a client-facing role.
• Proven B2C sales and deal closure track record.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Relevant experience with IPCs, local brokers or luxury real estate developers preferred.
• HNI clientele experience will be an advantage.
