Admin Support & Meter Works Coordinator
Role Overview
The Admin Support & Meter Works Coordinator is responsible for supporting the metering works required for current and new clients. This role also assists the Admin Support team with managing and processing core administrative tasks.

Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of tasks.

Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and resources are appropriately allocated.

Assist in maintaining existing Metering Asset Registers.

Manage new meter installation requests through suppliers.

Manage meter commissioning and decommissioning through suppliers.

Process new applications and ad-hoc meter read requests.

Assist with life support processing when required.

Handle incoming and outgoing communication via phone and email.

Maintain strong, existing relationships with suppliers.

Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (must-have) and experience using job ticketing systems.

Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
