Position: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Engagement Type: Full Time
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of Salesforce experience to join our CGDB team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, Lightning technologies, and enterprise application development. This role requires close collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Candidates based in Chennai are strongly preferred. Remote candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, design discussions, and release activities.
  
• Create technical documentation, deployment plans, and support materials.
  
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
  
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of overall Salesforce development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  
  • Apex Classes and Triggers
    
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    
  • Visualforce
    
  • Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
    
  • SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Data Model
    
  • REST and SOAP API Integrations
    
  • Salesforce Security Model and Sharing Rules
    
• Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD processes.
  
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar platforms.
  
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
