PROFILE - PROJECT COORDINATOR

B9 Solution is looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate digital marketing projects while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects from start to completion.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements, priorities, and project updates.
Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Content, PPC, Design, and Development teams.
Prepare project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending activities.
Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.
Maintain project reports, documentation, and regular status updates.
Handle client queries and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Identify project-related issues and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, and Website Development.
Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
