Assistant Accountant (Dhading)

Natural Spirits Nepal Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in ensuring timely and organized financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment/receipt records.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
• Reconcile cash, bank statements, and digital payments
• Ensure all financial data is accurate and updated
• Maintain VAT, TDS, and other tax-related records.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Support the Accountant and Finance team in day-to-day accounting activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
• Basic knowledge of VAT, TDS, taxation, and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally/Swastik and MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Benefits:

• Salary: NPR 25,000 – 30,000 per month
