Job Description – Insurance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to insurance-related processes and requirements.

• Manage transit insurance for vehicles and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

• Process and coordinate insurance claims from initiation to settlement.

• Liaise with insurance companies for claim documentation, follow-up, and settlement.

• Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and related documentation.

• Support the team in resolving insurance-related issues and ensuring timely processing.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in insurance, automobile, or operations.

• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

• Strong knowledge of insurance claims and settlement processes.
