Vrinda Nexus International Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our HR Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
• Understand career goals and recommend suitable career services
• Promote Resume, LinkedIn, Interview Preparation, Job Search & RM Services
• Convert leads into paid customers
• Follow up with digital marketing and referral leads
• Maintain lead details in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent English & Hindi communication
• Punjabi is an added advantage
• Confident in phone/video conversations
• Good sales, negotiation & follow-up skills
• Comfortable with CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace & WhatsApp Business
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
• Sales, HR, recruitment, education or customer service experience preferred
