SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP experience, including experience with at least two SAP CDP implementation projects.
  
• The SAP CDP Consultant will lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions, from requirements gathering through configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
  
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer data requirements and deliver scalable customer data solutions.
  
• Lead end-to-end SAP CDP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  
• Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective SAP CDP solutions.
  
• Configure SAP CDP to create unified customer profiles and support customer data management.
  
• Implement consent management processes and support data privacy and compliance requirements.
  
• Integrate SAP CDP with various internal and external systems to enable seamless customer data exchange.
  
• Support customer data integration, profile management, data governance, and data quality initiatives.
  
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional and technical design documentation.
  
• Ensure solutions align with customer engagement, personalization, and data management strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of SAP CDP solutions.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in customer data integration and unified customer profile management.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  
• Strong understanding of cloud-based integration architectures.
  
• Good knowledge of customer engagement and customer data management strategies.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  
• SAP Customer Experience certification is preferred.
  
• Experience with SAP Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Cloud.
  
• Knowledge of GDPR and CCPA regulations.
  
• Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics and personalization platforms.
  
• Industry experience in Retail, Telecom, or E-commerce is advantageous.
  
• Knowledge of SAP Datasphere and Adobe Experience Platform is an added advantage.
