Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Associate to oversee end-to-end investment operations, client portfolio analysis, and compliance management. In addition to driving transaction processing across financial products—such as Mutual Funds, SIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and GIFT City offerings—you will serve as a key operational partner to Investment Analysts and act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients to ensure seamless relationship management and service delivery.

• Operations & Transaction Management: Independently manage assigned operational activities, transaction processing, and record reviews for high accuracy and compliance.
  

• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted operational contact for clients, addressing routine and complex queries, onboarding requirements, and portfolio service requests to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
  

• Investment Analyst: Work closely with Investment Analysts to supply reliable portfolio data, reconcile transaction records, execute re-balancing instructions, and assist in preparing comprehensive client portfolio performance reports.
  

• Team Leadership: Support, train, and guide Junior Associates in daily processing, portfolio monitoring, and task tracking to maintain team output and quality.
  

• Process & Efficiency: Identify operational process gaps, recommend workflows improvements, and drive efficiency across product tracks.
  

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure zero compliance breaches by conducting strict documentation checks and following internal risk and regulatory guidelines.
  

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
  
• Experience: 4+ years of core operational or client-centric servicing experience any industry.
  

Preferred Certifications:

• NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification.
  

Above such relevant certificates as required from the compliance can be appeared within 3–6 months of joining (if not already certified).

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil. Other language is an added advantage.
  
• Financial Products: Sound working knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIFs, Insurance, Fixed Income/Bonds, and Stocks & Securities.
