About the Role

In this full-cycle sales role, you'll own the customer experience from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they choose the insurance solution that's right for them.

You'll educate customers, understand their unique needs, and recommend products that help protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and families—all while building lasting relationships and growing your sales career.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Professional, you will:

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Build rapport quickly and create an exceptional customer experience.

• Conduct needs assessments to understand each customer's insurance goals and priorities.

• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options.

• Present personalized insurance solutions with confidence and professionalism.

• Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.

• Guide customers through the entire sales process from consultation to policy selection.

• Successfully close sales while ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their decisions.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within company systems.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.

• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and customer-focused retail environment.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are:

• Already licensed P&C insurance agents

• Experienced in insurance and/or sales

• Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping others.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This position offers exceptional earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure.

• Expected annual earnings of $150,000 – $225,000+

• Uncapped earning potential
