Remote Travel Agent

This is a remote position.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Agent. In this role, you will help clients plan and book travel, such as cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages, while providing a high level of service from start to finish. 

What we're looking for: 

• Strong communications and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed role
  
• Prior customer service or sales experience helpful, not required
  
• Access to a computer and reliable internet 
  

Requirements

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  
• Research and recommend travel options, then handle bookings
  
• Build ongoing client relationships for repeat business
  
• Complete initial training and ongoing professional development
