Job Description: Position Title: Senior .NET Developer

Location: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite per Week)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and modern web technologies. This role requires hands-on involvement throughout the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications and services.
  
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Design and develop robust application architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, security, caching, encryption, state management, logging, and error handling.
  
• Decompose complex business problems into efficient technical solutions and implement high-quality code.
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
  
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
  
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials.
  
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance using .NET diagnostic and profiling tools.
  
• Identify technical risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
  
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, and project delivery activities.
  
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
  
• Recommend system enhancements and process improvements while balancing business and technical requirements.
  

Technical Skills

Strong experience with:

 - C# 4.0+

Front-end development experience using:

Strong SQL Server expertise including:
