1. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities. The candidate will support online brand promotion, social media management, content creation, lead generation, and digital campaign execution to enhance the company's online presence and business growth.

2. Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Manage and update the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
  

• Create engaging social media posts, captions, reels and promotional content.
  

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  

• Conduct keyword research and assist with basic SEO activities.
  

• Support website content updates and blog publishing.
  

• Assist in running and monitoring Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
  

• Research industry trends, competitors and target audiences.
  

• Generate leads through digital platforms and online campaigns.
  

• Monitor social media engagement, reach and campaign performance.
  

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
  

• Coordinate with the graphic design and business development teams.
  

• Explore AI tools to improve content creation and marketing productivity.
  

3. Key Competencies & Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their business applications.
  

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics.
  

• Familiarity with Canva and other content creation tools.
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  

• Creativity, research and analytical skills.
  

• Knowledge of AI-based content creation tools will be an added advantage.
  

4. Educational Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
  

• Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
