Software Engineer - Technical Project Lead

One of our UK based clients is looking to hire an experienced software engineer or technical project lead to help design and develop a unified Quality, Health Check and Audit Dashboard across Live Widget, CAT, AI Audit and the wider customer journey.
The objective is to bring information together from our existing systems so we can monitor the health and quality of individual cases, users, teams and the business overall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Reviewing our existing systems, tools and data structures.
• Understanding how information is captured across the customer journey.
• Designing a central platform and dashboard structure.
• Integrating data from multiple systems.
• Creating clear reporting for quality, compliance, performance and operational health.
• Enabling users to drill down into individual cases and view the complete customer journey.
• Showing who completed each action, what was checked, what passed or failed, what changes were made and how issues were resolved.
• Supporting audit trails, permissions, compliance requirements and data security.
• Identifying gaps in the current processes and recommending improvements.
• Producing a clear development plan with priorities, phases and estimated timescales.
• Working closely with business and operational stakeholders to ensure the solution meets practical business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• Software development and system integration.
• Dashboard and reporting platforms.
• Data modelling and working with multiple data sources.
• Audit trails, quality assurance or compliance systems.
• Customer journey or case management platforms.
• Project planning and technical documentation.
• Translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role will initially involve reviewing the existing concept, understanding our current systems and processes, identifying any gaps and producing a recommended technical and development plan.
Ultimately, we want to create a central platform that gives management complete visibility of quality and compliance across the business, while allowing authorised users to investigate any individual case in detail without having to navigate multiple systems.
