HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – BLENDED PROCESS

Location: Nahur, Mumbai

Work Mode: On-Site
Joining Days: Monday & Thursday
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Rotational

Role: Customer Service Executive – Blended Process

Eligibility:
HSC Passed / Graduates
Freshers can apply – Limited Hiring
Experienced candidates must have Blended BPO Calling Experience
Good communication skills
Comfortable working 2 Sundays per month
Sales targets applicable

Shift Timings

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary

Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 In-Hand
Experienced: Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand

Certification / Training

Selected candidates must complete a 7-Day Certification/Training Program.
Offer Letter will be issued only after successful completion.
Candidates who fail the certification will not be onboarded and will not be paid for the 7 training days.

No absconding cases
Experienced candidates must provide Offer Letter / Experience Letter
