Our client is a creative retail brand and hub for art lovers, DIY enthusiasts, and craft communities in Ghana.

Your role as a Retail & Customer Experience Executive:

You will be responsible for driving retail sales and delivering an excellent customer experience through effective shop-floor selling, customer engagement, and professional representation of the brand. You will also support the company’s social media and digital customer engagement activities.

 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and assist customers on the shop floor.
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  
• Promote products, promotions, and new offerings to achieve sales targets.
  
• Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently communicate product features and benefits.
  
• Convert customer enquiries into sales and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and handle enquiries or complaints professionally.
  
• Ensure the shop floor is attractive, organised, and properly merchandised.
  
• Represent the company and brand professionally at all times.
  
• Support social media activities and respond to customer enquiries through digital platforms where required.
  
• Promote products through the company’s digital channels and identify opportunities to generate sales.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of  3 years’ retail sales experience, with proven shop-floor sales experience being essential.
  
• Strong experience in direct customer engagement and face-to-face selling.
  
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert enquiries into sales.
  
• Experience using social media for business, customer engagement, or sales.
  
• Experience with art, craft, DIY, or creative products will be an advantage.
