Customer Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling enquiries, quotation requests and order status queries.
   
2. Record and update leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and customer interactions in the CRM accurately and on time.
   
3. Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up with customers until closure.
   
4. Answer technical questions on electronic products, components and specifications, escalating to engineering when needed.
   
5. Maintain clean customer data and generate CRM reports on leads, conversions and response times for management.
   

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

Technical

• Good understanding of electronic components, circuits and product specifications
  
• Ability to read datasheets and technical drawings
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), email and CRM/ERP tools
  

Soft skills

• Strong written and verbal communication
  
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
  
• Customer-focused, with good negotiation and follow-up skills
  
• Ability to work independently and with remote teams
