Pay: $70,000 to $75,000 Annually DOE + Quarterly Performance Incentive

Position Summary for Industrial Sales & Client Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage established customer relationships, develop new business, and support continued growth within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate industrial products and services.
  
• Monitor account activity, pricing, sales performance, and customer needs.
  
• Assist customers with product, order, delivery, billing, and account questions.
  
• Maintain accurate sales and customer information within company systems.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and product specialists to support customer accounts.
  
• Travel locally to meet with current and prospective customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of account management, outside sales, business development, or related experience preferred.
  
• Industrial, welding, manufacturing, construction, or related industry experience preferred.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  
• Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems.
  
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  
• Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
  
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
