Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python, automation testing, API testing, web application testing, and SQL. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in QA and Automation Testing.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in Python – Mandatory.
  
• Good hands-on experience in SQL – Mandatory.
  
• Experience in Pytest.
  
• Hands-on experience in API Testing / REST API Testing.
  
• Experience in Selenium for web application automation.
  
• Experience with Robot Framework.
  
• Good understanding of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Strategies, Test Execution, and Test Reporting.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
  
• Experience with Git/version control tools.
  
• Excellent communication skills – Mandatory.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and web application testing.
  
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
  
• Perform REST API testing and validate backend services.
  
• Write and execute SQL queries for database validation.
  
• Identify, report, track, and validate defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  
• Prepare test reports and communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
  
• Follow SDLC and STLC processes.
  
• Use Git/version control tools for managing automation code and test assets.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of AWS.
  
• Experience with Jira.
  
• Experience in the Healthcare/Medical domain.
  
• Knowledge of testing LLM/Generative AI applications.
  
• Self-driven and proactive approach.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
