You’ll gain hands-on experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview coordination, while strengthening your recruitment skills and building lasting professional relationships.

📍 Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

• Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Keep candidates informed through timely updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, delivering a positive and engaging recruitment experience from initial contact to placement.

✅ Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus
