We are looking for an experienced Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) professional to support regulatory, risk, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial crime compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions, risk management, governance, control design, and compliance advisory within a regulated environment.

What You'll Do:

🎯 Support governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements while driving actions and deliverables to completion.

🔍 Identify and manage FCC dependencies, risks, issues, and control gaps across people, processes, technology, data, and third-party services.

🏗️ Design and enhance FCC operating models, including controls, systems, reporting, governance, and service delivery frameworks.

🔄 Support transformation, integration, remediation, and regulatory change initiatives.

🛠️ Implement compliance solutions to address operational, regulatory, and control requirements.

📊 Track and escalate key risks, remediation activities, and control gaps through appropriate governance channels.

📋 Maintain and enhance FCC frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.

💡 Provide FCC advisory across products, customer journeys, business processes, and technology initiatives.

🔎 Conduct risk assessments and support the identification, escalation, and remediation of financial crime risks and control weaknesses.

📈 Support monitoring, assurance, and thematic review activities and drive continuous improvement.

🤝 Support regulatory engagements, audits, and compliance reviews.

📑 Prepare risk reporting and governance materials for senior management and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Strong experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).

✅ Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and financial crime risk management.

✅ Experience in compliance advisory, risk assessment, control design, governance, and regulatory change.

✅ Strong stakeholder management skills across Compliance, Business Operations, Technology, Data, and Legal functions.

✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

✅ Proven experience managing complex initiatives and delivering within a regulated environment.

Good to Have:

⭐ Experience within banking, insurance, wealth management, fintech, or other regulated financial services environments.

⭐ Exposure to regional or multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.

⭐ Experience supporting transformation, integration, remediation, or large-scale change programmes.

⭐ Relevant professional certifications in Financial Crime Compliance, AML, Risk Management, or Compliance.
