SERVICENOW TSM / CMDB / ITSM DEVELOPER

Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms, specifically focusing on Technical Service Management (TSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. This pivotal role is responsible for architecting robust solutions that streamline IT operations, enhance data integrity, and drive efficiency across the organization's technology landscape. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business needs, ensuring seamless integration of service management processes with cloud infrastructure and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced Service Catalogs, manage Incident and Request workflows, and customize client-side scripts and server-side script includes to meet specific business logic.
  
• Develop comprehensive reporting suites, interactive dashboards, and leverage Performance Analytics to provide actionable insights into IT service delivery and operational health.
  
• Extend platform capabilities by integrating IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM-GRC) modules.
  
• Configure and manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support scalable ServiceNow deployments.
  
• Architect and maintain the CMDB data model, defining Configuration Item (CI) classes, relationships, and data governance policies to ensure a single source of truth.
  
• Execute complex Discovery processes and configure Service Mapping to automate the identification of infrastructure components and their interdependencies.
  
• Develop and maintain secure integrations using REST and SOAP web services to connect ServiceNow with external applications and third-party tools.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 8 to 10 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, with a proven track record in ServiceNow development.
  
• Demonstrate deep expertise in Incident and Request management, Service Catalog customization, and scripting (Client Scripts, Script Includes).
  
• Show proficiency in creating Reports, Dashboards, and utilizing Performance Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  
• Have hands-on experience with ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and IRM-GRC implementations and configurations.
  
• Be skilled in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP in relation to ServiceNow solutions.
  
• Exhibit strong knowledge of ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and CMDB architectures, including the ability to design complex CI classes and relationships.
  
• Possess practical experience in configuring Discovery rules, Service Mapping, and developing REST API and SOAP Web Service integrations.
