TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Lead micro team, manage load of team members.
  
• Provide clear direction on content strategy and manage overall planning.

CONTENT LEADERSHIP

• Approval of all briefs, captions, and final output for assigned brands from content end.
  
• Monitor content development, timelines and guide team in project management.
  
• Checking of scheduled and published content posts.
  
• Client coordination on content briefs, approvals, and other related matters when necessary
  

TEAM RECRUITMENT

• Support in recruitment requirements for the team.
  

Requirements

STRONG COMMUNICATOR

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  
• Proficient in copywriting and marketing, with impeccable grammar.
  
• High level of comprehension and learning curve.
