Nurse Practitioner - San Carlos, CA

Overview:

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and occupational health services onsite at a client location in San Carlos, California. This contract role offers an opportunity to deliver quality care to a member population in a supportive, well-established clinical environment, working full shifts on weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care and occupational health services onsite
• Deliver patient care during scheduled shift hours
• Collaborate with the onsite clinical team to maintain continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner

Schedule and Shift Details:

Weekday shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a 60-minute meal break. Full shifts are required for the duration of the contract term.

November 16, 2026 - December 23, 2026

Requirements

Required

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Primary Care; Pediatric Care; Care Management
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Occupational Health; Occupational Medicine
• Master's degree or higher
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California (CA)
