Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Pharmacist in Charge on behalf of our client, a retail pharmacy in the Bronx, New York. The Pharmacist in Charge prepares and dispenses medications to patients, leads a team of pharmacy technicians, and manages the pharmacy's overall day-to-day operations.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, generally 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients accurately and safely.
  
• Lead, supervise, and support a team of pharmacy technicians.
  
• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
  
• Use the pharmacy's patient management system to maintain patient profiles and prescription records.
  
• Communicate clearly with patients, prescribers, and pharmacy staff.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
  
• Active, current pharmacist license to practice in New York.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
  
• Experience using a pharmacy patient management system.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy leadership experience.
  

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $140,000 to $150,000 per year.
