Role Overview

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for academic and non-academic roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring Needs: Work with department heads to define candidate profiles and timelines.
  

• Sourcing: Find candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  

• Job Postings: Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  

• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  

• Interviews: Coordinate interview rounds and collect feedback from hiring managers.
  

• Offers: Manage reference checks, offers, and follow-up until joining.
  

• Reporting & Onboarding: Maintain recruitment data and support new hire onboarding.
  

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  

• Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
  

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions.
