About the Company Our client is a highly prestigious, well-established investment group with a strong international footprint, managing a diverse global portfolio focused on private equity and direct investments. Driven by strong corporate values, continuous innovation, and a commitment to operational excellence, the organization fosters an agile and collaborative environment where legal expertise is truly valued as a strategic growth driver. The firm offers an exceptional workplace culture with a human-centric approach, encouraging initiative, high autonomy, and direct collaboration with executive leadership. Joining this high-performing team means taking part in an ambitious, stable environment with an immediate and lasting career impact.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

  • You take full ownership of corporate governance, corporate housekeeping, and statutory filings across key group holding entities. Managing these core structures end-to-end expands your operational autonomy while establishing your reputation as a top-tier corporate law practitioner in Luxembourg.
  • You conduct the initial review, drafting, and negotiation of NDAs, commercial agreements, and transaction documentation. Handling these key files internally broadens your contract drafting and cross-border transactions expertise while positioning you as an indispensable legal strategist for executive leadership.
  • You oversee investor packs, subscription documentation, and regulatory KYC requirements for over 150 private equity fund positions. Directing this extensive documentation workflow deepens your knowledge of private equity structures and sharpens your regulatory compliance skillset.
  • You act as the primary liaison for external law firms, accounting partners, banks, and regulatory bodies. Steering these high-level external interactions enhances your project management leadership and expands your professional network across the Luxembourg financial landscape.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Corporate Law, Business Law, or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Solid professional experience (around 5 to 7 years or more) acquired in-house within an investment holding, family office, or asset manager, or within a law firm or corporate service provider.
  • Strong corporate law mindset combined with practical expertise in corporate governance, board support, and RCS/RBE filings.
  • Good understanding of private equity structures, transaction documentation, and regulatory KYC requirements.
  • Strong language skills in English and French to effectively handle cross-border transactions and international stakeholder communication.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, rigour, high autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent learning agility with clear perspectives and ambition for continuous personal and professional development in corporate law.

Offer

  • An attractive annual salary up to €85,000 gross, reflecting your technical expertise and providing strong financial recognition for your impact.
  • High-level executive exposure working directly alongside CFOs and group founders, offering immediate strategic visibility and accelerating your professional standing.
  • Flexible working conditions including the possibility of an 80% part-time arrangement, giving you the ability to structure your schedule around your lifestyle commitments while maintaining career growth.
  • A structured transition and overlap period of 3 to 6 months with experienced staff, guaranteeing a smooth onboarding journey and building immediate confidence in your role.
  • A stable, human-scale work culture focused on collaboration and initiative, empowering you to shape internal processes and advance your legal career within an inspiring setting.
