Joinery Detailer (Offshore / Remote)

This is a remote position.

We're recruiting an experienced offshore Joinery Detailer to work directly with an established overseas joinery and cabinetry manufacturer. The business designs and manufactures high-end residential and commercial cabinetry, including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and custom joinery, and needs someone who can take approved design drawings through to fully detailed, manufacturing-ready documentation.

This is not a general CAD or architectural drafting role. We need genuine cabinetry/joinery detailing experience, ideally with Microvellum.

Key responsibilities:

• Take approved design drawings through to complete, manufacturing-ready detailed documentation
• Produce manufacturing drawings, sections, details, cut lists and CNC information
• Interpret architectural and design drawings and appliance specifications
• Occasionally produce drawings from hand sketches
• Apply correct hardware specification (Blum/Hettich) and cabinet construction standards
• Identify potential production issues before drawings reach manufacturing
• Work within the client's Microvellum environment (remote access to their license may be required)

Employer: Australian Pathways

Salary: PHP 60,000 per month

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm PHT, with a one-hour lunch break

Requirements

Must-have requirements:

• Strong cabinetry/joinery detailing experience (not general drafting)
• Proven experience detailing kitchens and bespoke cabinetry for manufacture
• Microvellum experience - essential
• Solid understanding of cabinet construction, hardware and manufacturing processes
• Experience with Blum and/or Hettich hardware systems
• Strong attention to detail, with a track record of catching issues before production
• Good written and spoken English

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working with NZ or Australian joinery/cabinetry businesses
• CabMaster experience

Technical requirements:

• Own computer hardware (client provides software)
• Reliable home internet connection
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm PHT
