Public Relations Officer

Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that consists of over 13 of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. Due to expansion they are looking to fill the role of Public Relations Officer

LOCATION: Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

●Develop and execute PR and corporate communications plans.

●Build and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists and influencers.

●Prepare press releases, media statements and corporate announcements.

●Coordinate media coverage for events, launches and brand activities.

●Manage corporate messaging and external communications.

●Support crisis and reputation-management initiatives.

●Develop internal newsletters and employee communications.

●Coordinate interviews, press briefings and media events.

●Monitor media coverage and provide reputation reports.

●Identify PR opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.

●Ensure communications align with luxury brand standards.

Requirements

●Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or

related field.

●4–6 years' PR/corporate communications experience.

●Experience in luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality or premium brands is

preferred.

●Strong media relationships.

●Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

●Strong understanding of brand reputation management.

●Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
