About Role:

Own the end-to-end management of The GB Show, including guest coordination, episode planning, production, publishing, and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and coordinate with CXOs, founders, and industry leaders as guests.
• Manage guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, and follow-ups.
• Plan episode topics, questions, and content flow.
• Coordinate with production, editing, design, and social media teams.
• Ensure timely recording, publishing, and promotion of episodes.
• Track podcast performance and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in podcast, content, media, events, or influencer management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media and content trends. • Comfortable interacting with senior industry professionals.
