HR RECRUITER

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and references
  
• Make calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  
• Conduct initial candidate screening and basic interviews
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
  
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining
  
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records
  
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
  
• Support the HR team in bulk and urgent hiring requirements
  

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome.
  
• Good communication and convincing skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  
• Comfortable making recruitment calls.
  
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  
• Laptop/Smartphone and stable internet required for WFH.
