SunSoftOnline is hiring a Communications Manager for an Arizona state agency.

Requirements: Phoenix metro residency with your city on your resume · bachelor's degree · U.S. citizen or green card holder, no sponsorship · W2 only.

The work: developing communication procedures and policies for various situations and crises. Drafting and publishing media releases to announce agency news and critical public information. Developing talking points for agency and state leadership. Responding to media inquiries. Writing letters, memos, and business correspondence. Communicating with media outlets and journalists and creating press kits. Developing branding materials and templates including style guides and brand templates. Coaching team members on communication skills. Representing the agency at conferences, events, task forces, and workgroups.

The facts: $36/hr W2 · hybrid, 3 days onsite in Phoenix and 2 remote · Mon-Fri, 8-5 · October 19 through December 31, 2026 · in-person interview in Phoenix within a week of the close · HireRight background check and drug screening.
