Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders accurately.
  
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
  
• Receive, sort, organize, and store products in designated areas.
  
• Use RF scanners or other warehouse equipment as required.
  
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
  
• Verify products, quantities, and order information.
  
• Move and handle materials safely throughout the warehouse.
  
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
  
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect products.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
  
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or material handling experience is preferred.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work.
  
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic English communication skills.
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• CSA-approved safety shoes/boots required.
  
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset but not mandatory.
