Family Medicine Physician

• Duties:
• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counselling
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
• Other Info:
• Phone call coverage once every 70 days
• Telemedicine coverage for 2–3 hours on weekends once every 3 months
• Optionally participate in teaching medical students & precepting NP/PA students

Requirements:

• Active NY License or ability to obtain
• BC/BE
• DEA
• ACLS
• Clean Record
• Min 1 year of experience in primary care
• NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
