About the job

• Perform risk monitoring and data collection: gather and analyse risk data, track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate potential breaches
• Support independent risk model validation and ongoing model monitoring
• Provide risk analysis to support the bank’s risk steering and management decisions
• Develop and maintain Risk Management reporting, including internal and regulatory reports (e.g. ICAAP and ILAAP report, liquidity reporting, KRI reporting and scorecard monitoring)
• Contribute to strategic Risk Management documentation (Risk and Own Funds Strategy, Risk Appetite Statement, Recovery Plan, etc.)
• Support the design and execution of stress testing exercises assessing the bank’s resilience under adverse scenarios, ensuring capital and liquidity adequacy
• Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finance or a related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in a Risk Management or a similar role
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with statistical tools and programming languages, particularly Python, R and SQL
• Solid understanding of banking risk management and regulatory framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
