Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to spearhead the integration and deployment of advanced Generative AI and Large Language Model solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world application, specifically focusing on complex domains such as healthcare data ecosystems. You will be responsible for architecting robust systems that leverage multi-agent coordination, sophisticated memory management, and seamless data integration to deliver high-impact value. This position demands a professional who can translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes while ensuring scalability and reliability across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced embedding strategies and vector store architectures to enable precise semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation.
  
• Orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows, ensuring efficient coordination between autonomous AI agents to solve intricate problems.
  
• Develop and maintain sophisticated tool invocation mechanisms, including robust state and memory management systems for persistent context handling.
  
• Engineer secure and scalable API integrations to connect AI models with diverse external data sources and legacy systems.
  
• Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency for AI workloads.
  
• Specialize in processing and interpreting healthcare-specific data formats, including EMR claims, HL7, FHIR, X12, and EDI standards, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  
• Construct and maintain knowledge graphs that enhance the reasoning capabilities of AI models through structured data relationships.
  
• Lead the deployment of Generative AI applications, ensuring they meet strict performance benchmarks and user requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and drive the adoption of Agentic AI and Large Language Model technologies.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience in software engineering or AI implementation roles.
  
• Proven expertise in working with Embeddings, Vector Stores, and Knowledge Graphs.
  
• Strong background in Multi-Agent Coordination, Tool Invocation, and Memory/State Management within AI architectures.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in building APIs and performing complex Data Integration tasks.
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS and other major Cloud Services platforms.
  
• Specific knowledge of Healthcare Data standards, including EMR, Claims, HL7, FHIR, X12, and EDI.
  
• Mandatory 1+ years of dedicated experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
  
• Practical experience in designing and executing Agentic AI workflows and Agentic Workflows.
  
• Salary range: ₹11-22 lpa.
