Maintain reports, dashboards, and process documentation

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in process analysis or related field
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
