ABAP DEVELOPER – RAP + UI5/FIORI

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ABAP Developer with specialized expertise in the RESTful Application Programming (RAP) model and SAP UI5/Fiori technologies to join our IT Services team. This role is pivotal for designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise-grade applications that drive business efficiency. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between backend logic and modern user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Architect and implement CDS Views and OData services to support data modeling and service exposure.
  
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces utilizing SAP Fiori Elements and SAP UI5 frameworks.
  
• Engineer complex backend logic using SAP ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (ABAP OO) within the RAP environment.
  
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software increments through iterative development cycles.
  
• Apply Clean Core Development strategies to maintain a streamlined and maintainable system architecture.
  
• Leverage SAP HANA capabilities to optimize data processing and application performance.
  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in SAP development roles.
  
• Proficiency in CDS View Modeling and the creation of OData Services.
  
• Strong command of SAP HANA database technologies and optimization techniques.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Elements and SAP UI5 development.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in the RESTful Application Programming (RAP) model.
  
• Solid background in Agile Development methodologies and collaborative team environments.
  
• Deep understanding of Clean Core Development principles and SAP ABAP / ABAP Object-Oriented programming.
