Position: Jr. Accounts Executive
Location: Ahmadabad

Key Responsibilities:

Generate Sales Invoices and process Sales Returns accurately.
Book GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Purchases, and Purchase Returns in a timely manner.
Pass Journal Entries and handle Cash and Bank Entries as per accounting standards.
Generate E-way Bills and manage E-invoicing as required.
Maintain proper documentation and records in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Prepare and share necessary reports using MS Word, Excel, Gmail, and Google Drive.
Support compliance activities with basic knowledge of GST and TDS provisions.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Good working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Familiarity with Gmail and Google Drive for routine work and documentation.
Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting entries and processes.
Basic awareness of GST and TDS compliance.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and good time management skills.
