Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant to drive critical financial and operational processes within our IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in end-to-end implementation cycles to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex requirements, documenting detailed functional specifications, and ensuring the successful deployment of Oracle EBS modules. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects that streamline Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows, directly contributing to organizational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS R12 implementations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
  
• Manage and optimize core financial modules, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functionalities.
  
• Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, identifying areas for improvement and system enhancements.
  
• Design and execute rigorous system testing protocols to validate configuration accuracy and ensure seamless module integration.
  
• Provide functional guidance and support throughout the deployment phase, addressing user queries and resolving configuration issues.
  
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to ensure end-users and support teams are proficient in utilizing the new system capabilities.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant.
  
• Proven expertise in managing End-to-End implementation projects within the IT Services industry.
  
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, with specific proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
  
• Strong capability in creating detailed Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification documents.
  
• Experience in conducting system testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
