💼 Role: Planning & Project Controls Manager (High-Rise Construction)

What You'll Do:

🗓️ Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software

💰 Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to ensure financial discipline

📈 Track project progress and provide accurate status reports to stakeholders

🔎 Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively

🤝 Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution

🔄 Lead regular planning meetings to align teams on deliverables and timelines

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 10 years’ experience in planning/project controls for high-rise or large-scale construction projects

✅ Strong knowledge of scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project

✅ Demonstrated expertise in budget management and cost control

✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✅ Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
